Two Weeks Later, David Perdue Silent on Four Televised Primary Debates

For Immediate Release

ATLANTA – Two weeks after the Kemp for Governor campaign committed to four statewide televised debates during the Republican primary, former Senator David Perdue remains silent on his participation.

“While former Senator Perdue has been extremely busy trying to kill 7,500 Georgia jobs and failing to gain traction with conservatives across Georgia, he has yet to announce whether he will show up to four statewide, televised debates against Governor Kemp,” said Cody Hall, Director of Communications and Senior Advisor. “Georgia Republicans need a proven winner who will make sure Stacey Abrams’ road to the White House ends in Georgia – not a failed politician who was too scared to debate Jon Ossoff.”
